A Little About My Blog

I love to write, and I always have. Writing is therapeutic for me, hence the title. Although I am a counselor, this blog is not really about that. Instead, it contains my observations, thoughts and insights on life as I experience it. The perspective is through the lens of a woman who has three great loves (which lead to a wide array of passions) in this order: Jesus, family & adventure. Because I love these things and all the places they take me, I love sharing them, too! Enjoy.
